In honor of Women’s History Month, we're recognizing the Allies and Advocates for Women (A2W) group at NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. A2W is a group of women and men at NASA who are dedicated to encouraging women to pursue their goals. "The goal of A2W is to help create a workforce that promotes opportunities for women and supports a culture that fosters successful women," said A2W member and Langley researcher Laura White. "We host monthly meetings where we discuss a particular topic. Past topics have included unconscious bias, work-life balance, finding your values and dress for success."
